Terms & Conditions

For months May to September, we only offer the evening option from 7:30pm until 12am; For the months of October through to April we offer either 1pm until 5pm or 6pm until 12am.

August we only offer the evening option from 19.30h until 00.30h during the week;

We do not offer Sundays at anytime during the year.

More than 70 guests hire must be exclusive.

When it is not exclusivity, the restaurant are responsible for the layout, not guaranteeing whether it will be outside or inside;

Any additional guests on the day of the event will be accommodated where possible.

When it is not exclusivity, the bill will be set up per table, therefore it will not be allowed to serve at the bar during dinner and we do not provide individual bills;

Dj is not included.

Payment terms

• For all the groups a 20% deposit is required to secure the date;

• Final numbers to be given 4 weeks before the event and final payment for food is required 4 weeks prior to the event;

• Children between the ages of 3 and 11 will be charged at 50%, but an alternative option can be given from the children’s menu if they don’t want Thai food.

Refund policy

• All payments including deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within one year of the original date of event,

if cancellation is made atleast one calendar month in advance. If cancellation (which includes a no-show)

occurs less than one calendar month before the date of the planned event, thenno refund will be offered.

• Please note that any postponed events may suffer price changes when moved to the following year or a higher season date.
